We would like to share a few words with you about what is coming up for our holders.
As you know, Echoes of Cryptalia is the result of three years of design and a clear vision: to create a game where fun and sustainability are allies. In our latest strategic update, we made it clear that 2026 is the year of construction. At the center of this are your Heroes.
We have navigated through critical phases: from our Loyalty Program, to the deployment of Trials of Kü, and ultimately refining our mechanics through Risk-to-Earn. Throughout this, your Heroes have been at the forefront as we strengthened the infrastructure for a community that now generates over 500 daily matches.
And now, the time of the static phase is over. With the arrival of the PvP System and the Arena (early February), we are introducing a new progression framework:
Passive Growth (Hold-to-Progress): Your loyalty is now tangible. The longer you hold your Genesis Hero in your wallet, the more stats you’ll unlock. You decide where to assign these points to specialize your Hero.
Acceleration By Use (Play-to-Level): Participation in instance like the Arena isn’t just for glory. Active combat will accelerate your stat growth, allowing you to get those stats faster and printing your effort in form of value directly into your NFT’s metadata.
On-Chain Customization: This mastery is permanent and verifiable. A fighting and winning Hero is an asset that evolves, making it unique in the market.
The passive progression tied to Hero NFT holding time will begin at a forthcoming date, which we will announce soon. Along with this announcement, we’ll share a detailed breakdown of how this mechanic works and launch a dedicated section on our website where you’ll be able to track, manage, and assign the stats earned through holding and playing.
